Frequently asked questions

Open the Today tab and tap the "Today's #1 Priority" card at the top. Type in what would make today a win — even one sentence is enough. This sets the intention for your whole day.

Focus Windows are time blocks that appear in your Today view — like Lighter Tasks, Wellbeing, and Deep Work. They help you structure your day intentionally so you always know what kind of task deserves your energy at any given moment.

Go to the Focus tab and start the timer for your session. If you get distracted, tap "I got distracted" to log it — this builds self-awareness without guilt. The goal is to track and improve your focus over time.

In the Capture tab, tap "need a prompt?" to get a guided question like "How am I feeling, and why?" These prompts help you overcome blank-page anxiety and get into deeper, more meaningful reflection.

Yes. Your journal entries are private and stored securely on your device. We do not share or sell your personal data. Your thoughts are yours alone.

Every morning, open Today and set just one priority. It takes 10 seconds and changes everything.

Journal without pressure

Use prompts in Capture when you're stuck. Even two sentences counts as a good entry.

Use Focus Mode daily

Run even one focus session per day. Over time, your distraction count will naturally drop.

Review past days

Tap "review past days" in the Today tab to reflect on your week and spot patterns.
